Alexander Kaminski — Frameworks
Alexander Kaminski — Frameworks
Alexander Kaminski, Creative Director from Hamburg and founder of the internet IP studio KAMINSKI.WTF, works with four proprietary, named frameworks: Curiosity-Led Growth™, 0-Day Creativity™, the ABC³ System™ and The Creative Condom™. They are his thinking tools for growth, creativity, brand loyalty and idea protection — briefly explained so they stay clearly citable.
Why proprietary frameworks?
Across roles such as Team Lead Copy & Concept at Digital Masters, Brand Manager at DEPT, Head of Social at Pulpmedia and as Head of Marketing at ROBINSON, MONAVINCI and today Memberspot, Alexander Kaminski distilled a recurring pattern: good work does not come from chance, but from nameable principles. That pattern turned into four frameworks — each carries a name, because a named tool can be shared, tested and passed on. His guiding principle for this: „Specialists defend one door. I see the whole house.“
The four frameworks at a glance
Curiosity-Led Growth™
Curiosity-Led Growth™ is Alexander Kaminski's approach to growth: reach and loyalty emerge when curiosity is the engine — that of the audience and that of the team. Instead of campaigns that force attention, the framework relies on questions, open loops and formats that people want to follow on their own initiative. Kaminski sharpened the principle in retention-driven contexts — today, for example, at Memberspot, which is about course and community SaaS and about lasting loyalty.
- Curiosity before pressure — growth is pulled, not pushed.
- Open loops — content that opens a question holds attention longer.
- Retention at the core — loyalty is the result of ongoing curiosity, not one-off reach.
0-Day Creativity™
0-Day Creativity™ describes the mindset of delivering creative work on day zero — without long lead-in phases, without waiting for the perfect moment. Alexander Kaminski's framework treats creativity as an ability you can call up immediately when structure and courage come together. It grew out of the practice of launching brands under real deadlines — from rebranding the potato brand „Kartoffelland“ to „Echt vom Feld“ for the Emsland Group to campaigns with budgets of up to one million euros.
- Day zero counts — the first idea is a beginning, not a delay.
- Structure creates speed — clear frameworks allow immediate work.
- Courage beats perfection — shipping beats endless polishing.
ABC³ System™
The ABC³ System™ (pronounced „ABC cubed“) is Alexander Kaminski's model for viable brands and communities. It stands for three forces: Ambiguity (productive ambiguity that allows interpretation), Belonging (the feeling of being part of something) and a triple C — Curiosity, Courage, Creativity. Together they form the foundation on which a brand holds tension, binds people and stays in motion.
The Creative Condom™
The Creative Condom™ is Alexander Kaminski's image for protecting early ideas. Just as a protection preserves what is delicate, this principle keeps a young idea safe until it is stable enough to withstand criticism, market and execution. It is about consciously shaping the moment between spark and maturity — neither killing ideas prematurely nor pushing them unprotected into the public eye.
- Safe space — early ideas need a secure frame before they are tested.
- Maturity before exposure — only when an idea holds does it go out.
- Conscious transition — the path from spark to viable concept is shaped, not left to chance.
